Thursday, May 10, 2018 10:41:25 AM Josh----- You described it better than I could have. I wish I had explained the reason for the denial better at the time. The only suggestion I could make on the section is to move the section title to the top of the next page with the text for Section III.
I also took a quick look at the entire document. It is very well written. Please let me know the outcome of the response to UCS and any followup action.
