INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST RESPONSE TYPE D INTERIM [Z] FINAL PART I.D - COMMENTS ADAMS package ML16148210 consists of three records: (1) EDO transmittal memorandum (ML16148A211); (2) Action Plan (ML16161A084); and (3) a background document entitled "Small Acts of Inclusion" (ML16172A204). As a result of your request, NRC staff has reviewed the three records and determined that they may be released in their entirety.
