Included in the revision was guidance to update - in addition to the UFSAR - a general information binder, a keyword index, a drawing index, a list of effective pages, and a record of changes.
These items are not part of the docketed UFSAR and are only used within our company as an administrative aid.
The guidance was inadvertently distributed to all copy holders both within and outside the company.
Please disregard the references to these items when updating your copies of the Surry UFSAR.
