Re:

RII:JPO 50-389 Your letter of December 19, 1977 transmitted IE Bulletin No. 77-07 which requested information regarding the containment electrical penetrations to be used at St. Lucie Unit No. 2.

It also requested that such information be provided to your office within 30 days.

Taking into consideration the stage of construction of St. Lucie Unit No.

2, we do not feel that the nature of the inquiry warrants the development of the information on such an expedited basis.

Accordingly, we plan to submit the requested'nformation by March 22, 1978.
