One signed original and twelve additonal copies of the Revision to the UFSAR are enclosed.
The enclosed Revision 3 pages replace the existing pages, including overleafs, on a page by page basis.
The enclosure also contains a list of affected pages, a list of affected figures, and a revised list of effective pages.
This revision contains all the necessary changes to bring the UFSAR up-to-date as of January 1, 1985.
As a duly authorized officer of Virginia Power, I hereby certify that the information given in the enclosed Revision 3 of the UFSAR accurately presents changes made since the previous submittal.
Revision 3 reflects previous information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirements.
