Report on Failure of Anchor Bolts in Primary System Component Supports Ginna Station - Docket 50-244
Dear Dr. Morris:
During the scheduled shutdown from September 30 to October 15, 1970 a broken stud was found on one of the supports for a primary system component.
An investigation was immediately started.
The Atomic Energy Commission Division of Compliance and Division of Reactor Licensing were notified and informed that at the conclusion of the in'vestigation a report would be submitted.
To fulfillthat commitment, please find attached five (5) copies of BO rt of Stud Failure-Ginna Station.
