Dear Mr. Shea:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding discrimination of a Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) employee at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant.

The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a TVA employee was discriminated against for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
