Dear Mr. Donoghue:
Pursuant to the notice by the U. S. Atomic Energy Commission's Office of Administration-Regulation dated November ll, 1974, Rochester Qas and Electric Corporation hereby enters a claim for refund of all annual license fees previously paid to the Commission for the R. E. Qinna Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. l.
Details of the payments are presented in the attach-ment to this letter.
We have not received any previous refunds and age requesting a total refund of $ 124, 597. 16.

This sum xepresents the balance due for the issuance of a provisional operating license to that Corporation fox its Ginna facility.
The balance of $ 10.00 for'he provisional operating fee was paid sometime ago by the Corporation directly to the Controller of the Atomic Energy Commission.
