Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In a supplemental. report dated May 12, 1976 on the subject Licensee Event Report it was stated that the MQ-6 relays in,safeguard racks would be rechecked for clearance no later than the next regular refueling to detect any drift.
The attached update report LER 76-07/30 provides the results of this investigation.
Two additional copies of this letter and the atta'chment are enclosed to conform to the original submittal of LER 76-07/3L.
