Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITYINSURANCE ASSOCIATION RESTORATION OF. LIMIT OF LIABILITYENDORSEMENT It is agreed that:
1.
Payments made by the companies under this policy have reduced that limit of the companies'iability stated in Endorsement No. 42, Increase of Limit of Liabil'ity Endorsement, to
$96,874,651.25.
2.
Such reduced..limit is restored to the amount stated in Endorsement No.. 42, except with respect to bodily injury or proper ty damage resulting from a shipment of filters contaminated with nuclear material from Rochester Gas and, Electr'ic Corporation to Nuclear Fuel Services at West Yalley, New York on March 3, 1975.

The reduced limit of liability stated in paragraph 1 above, the limit of liability s'tated in Item 4 of the Declarations, and the limits of liability stated in each of the Increase of Limit of Liability Endorsement Nos. 14, 27, 37 and 42, the last.as restored by this endorsement, shall not be cumulative; and each payment made by the
,companies after 'the effective date of this endorsement for any'oss or expense covered by the policy shall reduce by the amount of such payment the reduced'limit of liability stated in par agraph'1
- above, the limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the Declarations, and the limit,of liability stated in each of the Increase of Limit of Liability Endorsement Nos. 14, 27, 37 and 42, the last as restored by this endorsement, regardless of which limit of liability applies with respect to bodily injury or property damage out of which such loss or expense arises.
