VIRGINIA POWER SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE-SUPPLEMENT In our letter dated November 30, 1984 (Serial No. 198), we requested an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical Specifications, to Operating Licenses DPR-32 and DPR-37 for the Surry Power Station Unit Nos.

1 and 2. A supplement to the proposed change is attached.

The supplement revises references on several pages to reflect renumbering of the Section 6 pages and adds a reference to the initial notification requirements of 10CFR50.72. The proposed changes are provided in Attach-ment 1. A discussion of the proposed changes is provided in Attachment 2.

This request has been reviewed and approved by the Surry Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff. These changes to the Technical Specifications are made at the request of the NRC and we have determined that no application fee is required.
