This Topical Report was not considered proprietary by Vepco.
. However, Westinghouse has recently informed us that they believe that the submittal may contain information which is proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
As a result, Vepco has agreed to take the necessary actions to protect this information.
Accordingly, we request that you treat the copies of the r,eport !previously forwarded to you as proprietary and withdraw the copy from the Public Document Room.
We will
- prepare, as soon as
- possible, both proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the Topical Report supported by the proper affidavit to set forth the basis for which this information may be withheld from public disclosure.
