change to the Surry Technical Specifications pertaining to reduction in the minimum boron injection tank concentration, which the NRC issued on February 24, 1984.
As part of the change, Specification 3.3.A.3 was deleted and Specifications 3.3.A.4-3.3.A.13 were renumbered to 3.3.A.3-3.3.A.12 accordingly.
- However, due to oversight, references to Specifications 3.3.A.9, 3.3.A.10 and 3.3.4.11 in Specifications 3.3.B.8 and 3.3.B.9 were not ~hanged.
The NRC is requested to reissue page TS 3.3.-5 with the following corrections:
Specification 3.3.B.8 should reference Specification 3.3.A.8 and 3.3.A.9.
Specification 3.3.B.9 should reference 3.3.A.10.
