DPR-32 DPR-37 REVISION ONE TO THE UPDATED FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT SURRY POWER STATION UNITS NO. 1 AND 2 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.7l(e), the Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits Revision 1 to the Updat~d Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) for the Surry Power Station Units No.
1 and 2.
One signed original and twelve additional copies of the Revision to the UFSAR are enclosed.
The Revision 1 pages contain all the necessary changes since the submission of the UFSAR.
This revision is up to date as of January 1, 1983 which is within six months prior to the date of this letter.
The enclosed Revision 1 pages replace existing pages in the UFSAR and the revised material is identified by the change bar in the margin with the number "l" next to it.
The enclosure also contains instructions for inserting the new pages and a revised list of effective pages.
As a duly authorized officer of Vepco, I hereby certify that the information given in the enclosed Revision 1 of the UFSAR accurately presents changes made since the previous submittal necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to the commission or prepared pursuant to Commission Requirement.
