0850 PSE/JEW:lmf:0469C Docket Nos.: 50-280 50-281 License Nos.:DPR-32 DPR-37 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF SAFETY-RELATED ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT SURRY POWER STATION UNITS l AND 2 This letter is in response to the request of your January 26, 1983 letter, as amended by your letter of April 4, 1983, to review proprietary material contained in the Franklin Research Center Technical Evaluaton Reports CTER's) for Surry Power Station Units l and 2 and inform you if proprietary protection is still required.
Vepco has completed its review of the proprietary information contained in the TER's and concludes that the information no longer requires proprietary protection.
This completes the Vepco response requirements defined in the January 26, 1983 and April 4 letters with regard to proprietary information.
