REPORTING RELATED TO NPDES PERMITS SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 Serial No. 170A NO/WDC:acm Docket Nos. 50-280 50-281 License Nos. DPR-32 DPR-37 Amendment Nos. 85 and 86 to the Surry Unit Nos. 1 and 2 Operating License, dated March 11, 1983, deleted non-radiological water quality requirements from the Surry Technical Specifications.
In the amendments, it was requested that the NRC be informed of changes and exceptions to Vepco's NPDES Permit.
Vepco will report exceptions to the NPDES Permit by submitting a copy of the report to the NRC at the same time the information is reported to the permitting agency.
A copy of proposed changes to the NPDES Permit, initiated by Vepco, will be provided to the NRC at the same time it is submitted to the permitting agency.
Changes and additions to the NPDES Permit will be reported to the NRC within 30 days following the date the change is approved.
This information will be submitted to the Regional Administrator with a copy to the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
