DPR-32 DPR-37 AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSES DPR-32 AND DPR-37 SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical Specifications, to Operating Licenses DPR-32 and DPR-37 for the Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
The proposed change is enclosed.
This proposed change deletes the non-radiological water quality Technical Specifications 4.13, 4.14, and 6.6.3.d.
The proposed Technical Specification change is enclosed in Attachment 1, The completely deleted pages of Technical Specifications 4.13 and 4.14 are not included in Attachment 1.
A discussion of the proposed change is in Attachment 2.
This request has been reviewed and approved by the Surry Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff.
It has been determined that this request does not pose an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59.
