In accordance with the Guidelines for submittal contained in NUREG-0061, the following information is provided.

1. Cargo Description 12 extended burnup pins inserted in a special container.

- Model No. NLI-1/2, Cask Package No. USA/9010/B()F.

- Loaded weight of the transport vehicle is (approximately) 7.l 9 (iJOO lbs.
