,:*,. License Nos. DPR-32 DPR-37 NPF-4 NPF-7 On December 14, 1982, Mr. Dave McGuire (NRG-Region II) called Mr. P. G. Godwin (Director-Nuclear Security) to advise him that Vepco letter Serial No. 529, dated December 9, 1982, failed to properly identify the enclosed security drawing as safeguards information to be withheld pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.

The letter should have included the following statement, "The material enclosed herein contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended."

Although this statement was incorrectly left out of the letter, the enclosed security drawings were properly secured, marked, and identified as safeguards information and the requirements of 10 CFR 73.21 apply.
