Vepco provided information on the status of NUREG-0737 Item I.A.1.3.
This item deals with minimum shift manning requirements and overtime restrictions.
Vepco is in compliance with the requirements of Item I. A.1. 3 and shift manning is a Technical Specification item.
However, it was incorrectly stated that the overtime restrictions were also in the Surry Technical Specifications
- when, in
- fact, overtime restrictions are administratively controlled.
There are no current plans to incorporate these overtime restrictions into the Surry Technical Specifications as was done for the North Anna Power Station.
Please note this correction in your review of our Generic Letter 82-10 response.
