SURRY POWER STATION UNIT 2,. CYCLE 6 STARTUP PHYSICS ROD SWAP RESULTS In our letter to you dated January 16, 1982 {Serial No. 023),

we stated our intention to submit a test results summary report to the NRC within 45 days after the first use of rod swap for each unit. The control rod reactivity worth testing, using the rod swap technique, was completed on December 31, 1981 for Surry Unit 2,. Cycle 6. Attachment 1 summarizes the measured rod swap test results, and shows that all measured values were within the established review criteria.
