0794, Protection of Unclassified Safeguards Information In reference to the subject NUREG, Section 4.5 Marking of Documents, the following extension of required implementation is being requested.
Specific marking of documents greater than one year old at the effective date of the rule, both located at and away from the site in central files and corporation headquarters be completed on or about April 20, 1982.
This extension is being requested in order to allow time to process the extremely large number of documents which must be sorted and stored both at the site and at the remote locations.
In addition, documents which have been photographed on microfilm and are currently being stored via that mechanism will not be separated from other documents on the same spool of film.
The entire spool of film on which these documents are stored will be marked Safeguards -Information and stored in an appropriate container.
