It is intended that Vepco will establish an information protection system which satisfies the requirements of 10CFR73.21.
In that the requirements irrposed by the NUREG represent substantially nore stringent measures than are currently being utilized and due to the scope of the rrodifications involved, it is not anticipated that full implementation will be achieved until on or about April 21, 1982.
