Vepco committed to periodically update our NUREG-0737 response in the December 15, 1980 submittal.
The enclosed revision provides the information necessary to update our NUREG-0737 response such that it reflects the current status of our implementation efforts as of October 31, 1981.
This revision does address some additional schedular exceptions not previously identified.
Attachment 1 of this letter provides a list of affected NUREG-0737 items, The details and justification for these exceptions are provided in the update material. is provided for identification purposes only, In general, the exceptions requested are necessitated by equipment delivery problems which were unavoidable. is a "change page" list to assist in the insertion of the update material package (Attachment 3).
Included in the update material are pages from Revision 1 which are unchanged as a result of Revision 2 but are included in order to establish a revision sequence numbering system.
We hope that this update will assist implementation efforts.
