Also enclosed are errata sheets for Section 5, Master List and Section 7, Conclusions, and an addenda for Section 1, Introduction. In addition, errata sheets for Table 3 (Appendix B) of the Surry Power Station Units land 2 Response to Safety Evaluation Report by Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation are included.
