Dear Mr. Denton:
Attached to this letter are outstanding portions of the Surry Power Station Emergency Plan that was submitted to you on December 31, 1980 (Ref. Letter Serial No. 940).
The attachments consist of the Emergency Plans for the local governments within the 10 mile EPZ of Surry Power Station and Letters of Agreement from local governments and Federal Agencies.
The only other outstanding items are:
- 1.
Standing Operating Procedures for the City of Williamsburg and Counties of James City and Isle of Wight.
- 2.
Updated version of Table 6.2a.
These items are currently under development by the State Office of Emergency and Energy Services and will be submitted as soon as they become available.
