This letter is in response to your letter of February 18, 1981 titled "Post-TMI Requirements for the Emergency Operations Facility (Generic .Letter 81-10)". Specifically, Generic Letter 81-10 provided the clarification for Item III.A.1.2 of NUREG-0737 and requested confirmation of the implementation dates given in the clarification information. It is our position that all conceptual design information requested by Item III. A.1. 2 will be provided on or before June 1, 1981, and that the Emergency Response Facilities will be operational by October 1, 1982 This commitment will be included in the next update to our NUREC-0737 response of December 15, 1980 (Serial No. 985).
