SUMMARY
OF MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 7, 1980 WITH VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY TO DISCUSS EMERGENCY PLANS We met with representatives of the Virginia Electric ~nd Power Company on November 7, 1980 in Bethesda, Maryland to discuss NRC comments on the Surry Power Station Emergency Plan.
The comments were also related to the North Anna Emergency Plan.
A list of attendees is attached.
On June 30, 1980, VEPCO submitted a revised Emergency Plan for Surry
-Power Station.
The NRC review resulted in numerous comments which were discussed and clarified in the meeting.
The comments were subsequently sent to VEPCO on November 13, 1980 for resolution. The resolution will be a revised emergency plan to be submitted by January 2, 1980.
