INTERIM CRITERIA FOR SHIFT STAFFING This is in response to your letter of July 31, 1980 regarding shift staffing requirements.

A thorough examination has been conducted of current staffing practices and capabilities as stipulated in your letter at both Surry and North Anna Power Stations.

Based on the results of that review it has been determined that shift staffing is in compliance with the criteria set forth.
