This letter provides our connnitment to meet these additional applicable requirements within your proposed schedule, provided equipment procurement schedules do not impact our implementation of hardware changes.

Please note that items II.K.3.25,29, and 44 are listed in your enclosure 1, Implementation Schedule and Summary, as applicable to LWRs or PWRs (e.g., North Anna and Surry).

Based on a discussion with your Mr. D.

Neighbors, on May 5, 1980, we understand that these items are applicable only to G. E. designed BWRs and not to North Anna or Surry.

If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact this office.
