Serial No. 381 In accordance with our telephone conversation on April 25, 1980, I am confirming your granting an extension to May 15, 1980, for our filing of certain information pursuant to the guarantee requirements set forth in alternative 5 of the Commission's letter dated June 15, 1977 regarding implementation of certain provisions of the 1975 amendments to the Price -
Anderson Act.
The Company requested an extension to permit completion of studies now underway to revise its 1980 cash flow projections.
The Company elected, in Mr. Ragone's letter of June 24, 1977, to file such information on April 1 of each year beginning in 1978.
April 1 continues to be the preferred filing date and future submittals will be made on that date.
