e Manager-Nuclear Operations and Maintenance
- The Manager-Nuclear Operations and Maintenance has responsibility for the suvervision of the Nuclear Station Managers in the operation and maintenance of the Company's operational nuclear units. This includes responsibility for coordinating and directing all nuclear plant operations and maintenance planning and scheduling, insuring qualified station staffing is in place at all times, providing the necessary information to and communications within the Company and regulatory agencies re-garding nuclear plant operations, and providing input to and review of new nuclear plant design and existing plant modifications.
e Director-Operation and Maintenance Services The Director-Operation and Maintenance Services has responsibility for coordinating operational and maintenance support with nuclear unit activities. This includes responsibility for providing personnel re-cruiting and staffing, and overseeing the corporate nuclear training program.

Director-Safety Evaluation and Control The Director-Safety Evaluation and Control is responsible for offsite safety review of nuclear power station operations. He will have staff responsibility for the safety engineering review function. He will have direct communication with and give technical direction to the station Safety Engineering Staffs in the .identification, evaluation and resolution of safety concerns. Re will also be responsible for the submittal of License Events.Reports, routine reports and correspondence concerning non-compliances. He will also follow activities of NSAC and INPO and other organizations involved in nuclear safety related functions.
