Attachment 1 contains resumes of the individuals who currently hold the revised positions. Attachment 2 contains job descriptions of the revised positions shown in the proposed Technical Specification changes.

e Manager-Nuclear Operations and Maintenance

  • The Manager-Nuclear Operations and Maintenance has responsibility for the suvervision of the Nuclear Station Managers in the operation and maintenance of the Company's operational nuclear units. This includes responsibility for coordinating and directing all nuclear plant operations and maintenance planning and scheduling, insuring qualified station staffing is in place at all times, providing the necessary information to and communications within the Company and regulatory agencies re-garding nuclear plant operations, and providing input to and review of new nuclear plant design and existing plant modifications.

e Director-Operation and Maintenance Services The Director-Operation and Maintenance Services has responsibility for coordinating operational and maintenance support with nuclear unit activities. This includes responsibility for providing personnel re-cruiting and staffing, and overseeing the corporate nuclear training program.

e Section Supervisor-Training The Section Supervisor-Training has responsibility for providing corporate and station nuclear training programs. This responsibility includes the development and review of the content of the nuclear training programs~

and providing specialist support to the po~er stations

e Section Supervisor-Operation and Maintenance Support The Section Supervisor-Operation and Maintenance Support has responsibility for scheduling and m,onitoring of operational and maintenance activities.

This includes responsibility for reviewing operations and maintenance *input to design changes and coordinating Corporate support activities with the station.

e Section Supervisor-Administration The Section Supervisor-Administration has responsibility for office services. This responsibility includes interfacing with public relations, budget analysis, labor relations, and personnel staffing and recruiting.

e Manager-Nuclear Technical Services The Manager-N~clear Technical Services has responsibility for technical services activities required to support the Company*s operational nuclear units. This includes responsibility for evaluating and responding t~

NRG requests, bulletins, and orders, provide chemistry and health physics support, oversee all work on plant design changes and modifications in sufficient detail to ensure nuclear safety criteria are met, review plant performance and problems and recommend engineering solutions, and disseminate operating experience and performance information to the appropriate functional groups within the Company.

Director-Chemistry and Health Physics The Director-Chemistry and Health Physics will provide support to the nuclear stations in the areas of chemistry and health physics.

Director-Safety Evaluation and Control The Director-Safety Evaluation and Control is responsible for offsite safety review of nuclear power station operations. He will have staff responsibility for the safety engineering review function. He will have direct communication with and give technical direction to the station Safety Engineering Staffs in the .identification, evaluation and resolution of safety concerns. Re will also be responsible for the submittal of License Events.Reports, routine reports and correspondence concerning non-compliances. He will also follow activities of NSAC and INPO and other organizations involved in nuclear safety related functions.

Director-Technical Analysis The Director-Technical Analysis is responsible for furnishing support for station design modifications and responses to NRC requirements. His group will also provide responses to I&E Bulletins. He will provide general operations support and economic analyses. He will also participate in industry ownersv groups.
