NRC-HQ-40-16-C-0012 M0007 The purpose of this modification is to exercise Option Year Two and add funding in the amount of $120,000.00, hereby changing the period of performance end date from 5/31/2018 to 5/31/2019 and increasing the total amount obligated from $447,000.00 to $567,000.00.
Therefore, the contract is revised as follows:
- 1. Section B.2, Clause NRCB084 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - LABOR-HOUR CONTRACT, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
(a) The ceiling price to the Government for full performance under this contract is $1,534,760.10.
(b) The contract includes direct labor hours at specified fixed hourly rates, inclusive of wages, fringe, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit.
(c) It is estimated that the amount currently obligated will cover performance through $567,000.00.
(d) This is an incrementally-funded contract and FAR 52.232 Limitation of Funds applies.
- 2. Section F.1, Clause NRCF030B PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE ALTERNATE, is deleted entirely and replaced with the following:
This contract shall commence on June 01, 2016 and will expire on May 31, 2018. The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional three (3) option periods:
