REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY, LLC APPLICATION FOR U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION CONSENT TO LICENSE TRANSFER

Dear Mr. Sweeney:

We have reviewed your request for consent to the transfer of control of licenses held by Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC (Westinghouse), which you submitted by letter dated March 28, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS]

Accession Number ML18086B506), and supplemented by letters dated April 10, 2018 (ADAMS Accession Number ML18100B264), April 26, 2018 (ADAMS Accession ML18116A673), and April 27, 2018 (ADAMS Accession ML18123A213). Our review has identified that additional information is needed before a final action can be taken. The request for additional information is provided below and should be provided to us within 30 days of the date of this letter.

Confirm that Brookfield Asset Management, as the ultimate parent company of Westinghouse, commits to abide by all constraints, conditions, requirements, representations, and commitments in Westinghouses licenses. This information is needed to verify that we have full information as required by Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Section 70.36.

Enterprise Project Identifier (EPID) number L-2018-LLM-0001 has been assigned to this review, and billable hours will be referenced under this number. Please reference the EPID for this action in your response.
