The purpose of this letter is to transmit to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Annual Radiological Environmental Report for the period January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017. This report is included as Enclosure 1. This document is being submitted for NRC use per the requirements of Technical Specification 5.6.2 and CNS Offsite Dose Assessment Manual Section D 5.2.
