- '" ~.':1 In response to the subject bulletin, "Atypical Weld Material in Reactor Pressure Vessel Welds", Virginia Electric and Power Company herewith forwards the attached report "Weld Material Documentation of the Eleven Reactor Pressure Vessels Fabricated by RDM for Westinghouse".
This report was submitted by Westinghouse to Mr. Wayne Reimuth, Division of Inspection and Enforcement, by letter NS-TMA-2143 dated October 29, 1979.
In addition to the information provided in the generic RDM report, surveillance weldment data have been documented in the following Westinghouse Class 2 pro-prietary reports:

WCAP-8085, dated June, 1973 North Anna Unit 1:

For our four reactor vessels (as listed above), RDM has no archive material available for verification purposes.
However, Westinghouse has inventoried archive surveillance weldment material which may be used for verification.
