Containment Purging During Nonnal Operation Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2 North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2 In response to your letter of September 27, 1979, on the above subject, we wish to refer you to our earlier letter dated January 17, 1979, Serial No.
729/121178 (Docket No. 50-338).
While the January 17th letter was written in response to Mr. Olan D. Parr's letter of December 11, 1978, and addressed containment purging during North Anna Unit 1 operation, it remains applicable to Surry Units 1. and 2 and North Anna Unit 2 as well.
The referenced letter effectively resolves this issue for both Surry and North Anna.
