- 2. Statement that the leak testers were trained/qualified/certified per the applicable procedure including the procedure documentation - I have attached a copy of the procedure that was revised as a result of this event
- 3. Copy of PIRCS 60977 including subsequent corrective actions with completion dates Please withhold the attached documents from public disclosure as they contain personal identifiable information and company proprietary information.
