There are many dangers to doing either of these things. Not only is the waste itself full of risks to health and the environment, but if even a slim possibility exists of an accident during transport (there have been seven in the past) or storage, the harm to people and the environment will have immediate and long-lasting repercussions. It is every person's ethical duty to speak out against this.
