RESEND TO INCLUDE DATE: Invitation to ADAMS LSN Library Webinar Greetings, Because of your affiliation with a Licensing Support Network Advisory Review Panel (LSNARP) member, a prior participant in LSNARP activities, or a Yucca Mountain adjudication participant, you are invited to a webinar on searching the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Licensing Support Network (LSN) Library. As you may know, the ADAMS LSN Library contains the total collection of documents that Yucca Mountain adjudication participants submitted to the Office of the Secretary (SECY) in response to an April 11, 2011 order issued by Construction Authorization Board-04. These documents were loaded into ADAMS in response to the Commissions direction in CLI-13-08, which at the same time deferred a decision on reconstituting the LSN. The ADAMS LSN Library provides read-only access to 3,692,306 headers/documents. The use of the ADAMS LSN Library likely will be a basis for one or more options that may be presented for Commission consideration in reconstituting the LSNs functionality if the Yucca Mountain adjudication is restarted.
The webinar will be delivered using a web-based tool called GoToWebinar on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and is intended to familiarize invitees with the functionality of the ADAMS LSN Library before the LSNARP meeting so as to provide a baseline level of understanding and inform the LSNARPs discussion of options for reinstituting the LSN or establishing a successor system. During the webinar, you will be able to ask questions using the GoToWebinar Questions feature. While you will be able to hear the presenters through your computer/tablet speakers or telephone, you will not be able to talk to the presenters directly. Instead, the questions will be moderated and inquiries related to ADAMS LSN Library functionality will be answered during the webinar, time permitting, or will be incorporated into a Frequently Asked Questions document subsequent to the webinar.
Questions that are unrelated to ADAMS LSN Library functionality are outside the scope of this webinar and will not be answered.
