Core Operating Limits Report, Reload 21, Cycle 22, Revision 14 In accordance with the Hope Creek Technical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.9, PSEG Nuclear LLC submits the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS)
Reload 21, Cycle 22, Revision 14. contains information proprietary to Global Nuclear Fuel -Americas, LLC (GNF-A),
specifically, Appendix B of the Core Operating Limit Report for HCGS Unit 1. GNF-A requests this appendix titled, "Exposure-Dependent Linear Heat Generation Limits," be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) and 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4). Attachment 1, which contains the complete Core Operating Limits Report, is marked proprietary in its entirety, and a non-proprietary version of the report is provided in Attachment 2. An affidavit supporting the GNF-A request is provided in Attachment 3.
