Core Operating Limits Report, Reload 21, Cycle 22 , Revision 14 In accordance with the Hope Creek Technical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.9 , PSEG Nuclear LLC submits the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS) Reload 21, Cycle 22 , Revision 14. Attachment 1 contains information proprietary to Global Nuclear Fuel -Americas, LLC (GNF-A), specifically, Appendix B of the Core Operating Limit Report for HCGS Unit 1. GNF-A requests this appendix titled, " Exposure-Dependent Linear Heat Generation Limits," be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) and 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4).

Attachment 1, which contains the complete Core Operating Limits Report , is marked proprietary in its entirety, and a non-proprietary version of the report is provided in Attachment

2. An affidavit supporting the GNF-A request is provided in Attachment
