In accordance with Section H of Enclosure 1 to the St. Lucie Operating License, Florida Power 6 Light Company has in-stalled charcoal filters in the" fuel handling building.

Mr. Gerald Troup of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region II, has informed us with his letter of August 7, 1976 that'he NRC is satisfied with our completion of this item.

We, there-fore, request that Section H be deleted from Enclosure 1

to the St. Lucie Operating License.
