SUMMARY

APRIL 24, 2018

Dear Mr. Ward:

This letter refers to the closed meeting which was held at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on April 24, 2018. The purpose of this meeting was to review the status of NRCs review of two requests related to process control limits at the Lynchburg, Virginia facility.

A summary of the discussion and a list of attendees are provided as enclosures 1 and 2.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.390 of the NRCs "Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter and enclosure 2 will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). Enclosure 1 is non-public and will not be available for review in ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at: http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
