In a letter dated September 22, 2015, the NRC notified the Licensees that they would retain their non-possessing facility security clearance at the SECRET - National Security Information
- 1evel. The NRC's September 22, 2015 letter requires written notification within 30 days if certain circumstances occur. 1 1 The Licensees provided additional information to the NRC on changes to the OODEP lists on January 30, 2018 and March 28, 2018 (Serial Nos.18-006 and 18-006A, respectively).

Serial No. 18-006B Page 2 of 2 On April 1, 2018 a personnel change was made that would affect the information previously provided on the October 2017 OODEP lists for the Licensees. The change is provided in the attachment.
