TERMINATION OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9795 FOR THE ICDC PACKAGE
Dear Mr. Miles:
As requested by your letter dated September 22, 2017, we have terminated Certificate of Compliance No. 9795 for the Irradiated Component Disposal Container (ICDC).
Accordingly, the authority to use the ICDC package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 71.17, or under the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471, is terminated.
