466 50-280 50-281 50-338 50-339 DPR-32 DPR-37 NPF-4 CPPR-78 FAILURE OF SOLENOID OPERATED VALVES TO MEET IE BULLETIN 79-01 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Pursuant to the reporting requirements of I.E.Bulletin 79-01, Environmental Qualification of Class IE Equipment, dated February 8, 1979, Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby forwards the attached report detailing the failure of several solenoid operated valves to meet environmental qualification require-ments.
Twenty-four hour and fourteen day reports were submitted in compliance with the Bulletin, however, they were inadvertently forwarded to Region II.
The attached report is intended to supplement the four previous transmittals listed below.
