DPR-32 DPR-37 In response to Mr. Ira Dinitzls letter of May 16, 1979, we have re-viewed our files for Amendment No. 8 to the Indemnity Agreement No. B-45 for the Surry Power Station0 Our review found a letter of submittal dated April 28, 1979 (Serial No. 174) but we are unable to produce a signed copy of the amendment.
Even though the terms of Amendment No. 8 have been superseded by latter amendments, we still find it necessary to complete the record, as you do, therefore we request that you provide us with new signed originals so that they may be signed and one copy returned to you as you have requested.
We feel that this will close the matter.
