Following is the informa.tion request-ed for Surry Unit Nos. 1 and 2 and North Anna Unit Ro. 1.

Surry Power Station Unit Ros. land 2 Vepco and Stone and Webster are currently reviewing records to determine if any of the subject type 304 or 316 SA312 piping is installed at Surry in safety related systems.

As of this writing it is known that 300 feet of Youngstown fusion welded type 304SS pipe was purchased from Albert Pipe Supply Company for modification to the Low Bead Safety Injection System in September 1975. It is expected that Items 1, 2, and 3 of IE Bulletin 79-03 will be completed by June 1, 1979. The completion date of any program for volumetric examination required by item 3 will depend on the extent of the piping application determined by items 1 and 2.

North Anna Power Station Unit No. 1 Vepco and Stone and Webster have completed a records review to determine if any of the subject piping i1 installed in North Anna Unit 1 1afety related 1ystem.e.

We have found no Youngstown pipe installed in Unit 1 1afety related 1y1tems.
