Serial No. 337 PO/JTB:pmd Docket No. 50~280 50-281 License No. DPR-32 DPR-37 This letter is in response to your letter of April 16, 1979 concerning the electrical loading of certain buses at the Surry.Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
In response to your questions, the proposed modifi-cations and testprogram are described in the attached.report, "Supplement to LER 79-008/0lT-O".
The proposed modification has been reviewed by both the Station and System Nuclear Safety and Operating Committees, and it has been determined that the proposed modification does not constitute an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 and, therefore, necessarily does not present a s_ignificant hazards consideration.
