The Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby applies for an amend-ment to the Surry Power Station indemnification agreement B-45.
In order to conform with our Standard Excess of Loss Policy, we would 1 ike Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement to read in its entirety as follows:
790313 0 ;i.. 73 Item 4 - Location All premises including the land and all buildings and structures known as the Surry Power Station located on a site consisting of approximately 840 acres which is south of and adjacent to the Hog Island State Waterfowl Refuge located in Surry County, Vi_rginia.
